Knowing about the issues considered by countries, think tanks and strategic institutions in the world is considered one of the necessities of strategic thinking in Iran. The security environment is a geographical limit in which the opportunities and threats of a country are defined and it is strongly influenced by the variables of the internal and international environment. In the current research, the reports published by the "Atlantic Council" are analyzed with a focus on the issues of Iran and the West Asian region, and the important models of international and regional security ecology are calculated. Documentary method was used to collect data and foundational data method was used to analyze data. The findings of the research show that the model of security ecology of this think tank is focused on sixteen main concepts and three basic categories. At the level of categories, the emphasis is on priorities, strategies and performance evaluation of the security environment. At the level of concepts, the issues of concern are civil disobedience, protests, youth and women, military, opposition, allies, elections, conflicts, security-military performance, information efficiency, governance efficiency, requirements, policies, tactics, policy efficiency. and the effectiveness of tactics.
