Improving the combat capability of the armed forces is one of the strategic and important goals for countries, and adequate financing has always been considered as a vital and influential factor for the realization of this goal.. The current research is a mixed (quantitative and qualitative), descriptive, survey research with an applied nature and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of the research is the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this research, to collect data from the library method, to analyze them from fuzzy Delphi questionnaire and rank analysis process. The results of the research showed that there are generally three government-oriented approaches, based on public-private partnership and an approach based on outsourcing and privatization to finance the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. According to the extracted model, the most important state-oriented components are: liquidation of stagnant assets with fast-return economic enterprises (production, service, profit) and earning money from the training and teaching of military techniques (international). In the approach of the government's partnership with the private sector, the most important components are knowledge-based productions and their exploitation with the participation of the private sector, outsourcing and creating financing through partnership bonds. And the most important components of outsourcing and privatization are: educational, health, and military services in order to earn money outside the organization, creating new capabilities in assets and facilities, therefore, using the obtained components in providing Aja's finances, in addition to increasing combat power, can also help in the country's economic prosperity.
