Organizational culture defines the agreement among the members of an organization in the importance of the beliefs and values of the culture. Organizational culture can affect all organizational aspects and influence people's goals, strategy, patterns and beliefs. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to present the organizational culture excellence model of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. This research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of its practical purpose and method, and the effective factors on the excellence of organizational culture were calculated by interviewing 10 experts in this field in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. Two dimensions include: individual and organization, which in the individual dimension of the components; 1. moral value and 2. work conscience and 3. core knowledge and 4. creativity and innovation and 5. analysis and in the organizational aspect of the components; 1. Organizational learning, 2. Transformability, 3. Organizational leadership, 4. Organizational relations, 5. Organizational solidarity, and 6. Legalism were counted and categorized. In the following, with Smart pls software, after confirming the validity and reliability of the internal and external model, it was quantitatively tested in the community, and the results of the findings showed that the excellence of the organizational culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army can be improved in both individual and organizational dimensions.
