In various statements, the Supreme Leader has emphasized the importance of youth population for the realization of a strong Iran, while also issuing public and official warnings regarding the issues arising from the increase in the average age of society or the issue of population aging. This research, with a qualitative approach and using thematic analysis, aims to extract the components affecting the youth population. The research environment includes all statements of the Supreme Leader from 1989 to 2024, which were extracted from the official website of the Supreme Leader. Sampling continued until data saturation was reached, with 658 codes being extracted and analyzed using the MAXQDA12 software for categorization. The main research question is the nature and thematic analysis of the Supreme Leader's statements regarding the youth population. The statements were analyzed and categorized into signs (sub-codes), concepts (sub-codes), and categories (main codes). The results of the research, based on the categorization of statements into 7 main categories, 19 concepts, and 52 signs, indicate that in the Supreme Leader's worldview, youth population is seen as an important and essential perspective that plays a crucial role in the future of the country, increasing wealth, and advancing development plans. Therefore, youth population is a national and universal necessity that requires the commitment of both officials and the public. This includes formulating programs, scientific and expert measures, enacting supportive laws, ensuring the implementation of resolutions, utilizing media tools, and reducing the negative role of enemies in promoting anti-childbirth propaganda.
