As a way to better understand phenomena, Allegories and metaphors are used to better understand organizations and organizational structures of any kind. Metaphorical descriptions such as Newtonian organization, quantum organization, Newtonian structure and quantum structure try to show how Newtonian and quantum scientific paradigms have been able to influence the organization and organizational structure from commercial to military. The main goal of this research is to show how two scientific paradigms, Newtonian and quantum, affect the evolution of theories related to knowledge of organization and organizational structure by metaphorically entering the field and pssibility of harmonizing IRI Army with them. Because of explaining the relationship between Newtonian and quantum paradigmatic metaphors, the present qualitative research is a fundamental research. By descriptive-analytical method and by using librarian data from available books and articles and internet resources, present research has reached to these general result that From a metaphorical point of view, the two metaphors of the machine and the living creature have the greatest influence on the structure of military organizations, and therefore military structures are currently influenced by the Newtonian metaphor on the organization. The analysis of the structure of the military organization of threatening groups also shows their influence from the quantum paradigm.
