Job burnout among employees is an important organizational factor that significantly affects the performance and productivity of organizations. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of organizational factors in job burnout among employees of Pure Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. This research is of an applied nature and utilizes a mixed-method approach to analyze the data, aiming to determine the level of influence of the independent variable (organizational factor) on the dependent variable (Pure employees). The statistical population consists of all ground forces personnel, and a sample of 357 Pure employees has been randomly and stratifiedly selected.
The results of the study indicate that the factor has an average score of 19.51 (minimum: 7, maximum: 34) and a moderate correlation coefficient with the components of job burnout, namely role ambiguity (0.49), role conflict (0.43), job expectations (0.47), and workload (0.46), which are statistically significant at the 0.01 level. Therefore, the effectiveness of organizational factors in creating job burnout is confirmed, suggesting that intensifying these factors increases employees' to job burnout.
