Guide for Authors

It is worth mentioning that: the publication of articles in this publication is done without receiving any fees from the author or authors.

The name and surname of the author(s) in Farsi and English;
Level of education, field of study, name of the university and city of the university of the author/authors in Farsi and English;
Introduction of the responsible author in case of multiple authors;

Guide to preparing and sending scientific research articles

How to compile the text of the article: The number of pages of the articles is at least 16 and at most 22 pages and can be evaluated by observing the following points.

The screen size should be 16.19 cm in width and 22.89 cm in height.

The margin should be 2.7 cm from the top and 2.5 cm from the left, right and bottom.

Sources should be sourced according to the APA standard.

In-text references should match the end references.

The article has 5 main titles including introduction, background, methodology, findings and discussion and conclusion. These headlines should be set with 12 B Nazanin bold font. Other headlines of the article should be set with B Nazanin 10 bold font.

The main text font is B Nazanin 12.

The scientific research paper should be submitted in two printed copies, along with a compact disc containing word and pdf of the paper.

Elements of the article

The first page includes: English translation of the abstract title and keywords (translation of the first page)

- The second page includes:

1-Title: It includes the full title of the article, first and last name of the author/authors, position and scientific rank, postal address in Farsi, e-mail address, fax number. (Except for the title and the name of the author/authors, other items should be mentioned as footnotes).

2-Abstract: including the introduction to the subject in one or two lines from the literature on the subject, stating the purpose, methodology and results of the research in a maximum of 250 words, including the following items without considering the separate title.

3- Keywords: including up to 5 keywords that play a central role in the main text of the article (not necessarily the words in the title of the article)

The third page onwards includes:

1) Introduction: including the introduction to the discussion stating the problem, the importance and necessity of the research, the purpose and question / questions or the purpose and hypothesis / hypotheses (the purpose and question or the hypothesis are written in bold and in quotation marks) In this section, it is mentioned without a title.

2) Background: including the background and history of the research - the conceptualization of variables and related literature, the theoretical framework of the research, the presentation of a conceptual model (if hypothesis modeling is necessary).

Analyzing other data and presenting research findings.

5) Discussion and conclusion: This part is also written in two separate parts as follows:

a) discussion and conclusion b) suggestion

interviews

The name and surname of the interviewee (legal position of the interviewee) should be placed in the form of the type of source in which the interview was published (book, publication, newspaper, website); (exact date of interview) topic of interview name of publication, year of publication, publication number.

Research reports: It is placed in the format of the type of source in which the interview was published (book, journal, newspaper, website).

Surname, name of the person or organization producing the report, date of publication, title of the report, name of the publication, year of publication, publication number.

Points that respected article authors should follow when preparing and submitting articles:

1) Farsi or other language equivalents should be mentioned in the footnote.

2) The letter of commitment form should be signed by the responsible authors, completed and sent to the appendix of the article.

3) The submitted article should not have been published in Persian language publications inside or outside the country.

4) The article should not be submitted simultaneously with other publications.

5) The magazine is prohibited from publishing articles with false names, so it is necessary to attach a valid document showing the identity of the sender of the article.

6) The author's scientific degree or academic degree will be included in the quarterly magazine only after it has been approved.

7) Articles extracted from doctoral or master's theses will be accepted only with the approval of the supervisor.

8) The quarterly magazine is free to edit articles without changing its content.

9) Quarterly is excused from accepting articles that do not comply with the formal structure mentioned in this guide.
